Age & Identity

To open an account and use any gaming service on bhk22, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. For those aged 21 and above only. The user must be a valid citizen or permanent resident of Bangladesh, or must be legally entitled to use bhk22 services personally.

• Age information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful.
• bhk22 may request a national identity card or other government-issued document for age verification at any time.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.
• If age information is found to be false during verification, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Geographic Restrictions

bhk22 does not provide services to users from certain regions or countries. It is entirely the user's responsibility to use the platform from regions where online gaming is legally prohibited. Users must ensure that online gaming is lawful under their own jurisdiction.

Single Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted on bhk22. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual or household, bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

• Provide your real name, email address, and mobile number during registration.
• Registering with false or fabricated information will result in permanent account closure.
• Sharing account login details (password, PIN) with anyone else is prohibited.
• If unauthorised access occurs, notify our support team immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

bhk22 may conduct identity verification at any time to ensure a safe and transparent service. Members may be asked to submit the necessary documents before a withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not completed, but legitimate funds will never be forfeited.

Welcome Bonus

bhk22 offers a 200% bonus up to ৳5,000 on the first deposit. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; or a ৳6,000 deposit receives a maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳11,000.

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per user.
• The bonus will be credited to the account automatically after the first deposit.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply only to the bonus amount, not the deposit. Applicable wagering multiplier: 25x.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonus-related winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• The contribution of individual games towards wagering calculations may vary — full details will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion's terms specifically state otherwise.
• bhk22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer; bonuses already active before any change will not be affected.

Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system — such as creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses, using bots or automated tools, or any other fraudulent activity — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Gaining unfair advantage through fraud, manipulation, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Using bots, scripts, or automation software to play games.
• Harassing, threatening, or using offensive language towards other members or bhk22 staff.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.
• Infringement of intellectual property or copyright.

Responsible Gaming

Grounds for Suspension

• Violation of any clause of the Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• On instruction from a regulatory or legal authority.
• At the user's own request for account security purposes.

Voluntary Account Closure

A member may request to close their account at any time. Any pending withdrawals should be settled before making the request. An account closure request must be submitted through the support team.

Disclaimer of Liability

• bhk22 is not responsible for any financial loss arising from a user's own gaming decisions.
• bhk22 is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
• In the event of an unexpected technical problem, bhk22 will attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible.
• The terms and conditions of third-party game providers may also apply.
• No liability applies in circumstances of force majeure (unforeseeable events beyond our control).

Legal Jurisdiction

Any dispute regarding these terms will first be resolved through discussion. bhk22 will make every effort to settle all complaints fairly. If you have any objection, please notify our support team in writing within 30 (thirty) days.

Amendment Policy

If any significant changes are made to the terms, members will be notified via email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If no objection is raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of the amendment, the new terms will take effect.

• bhk22 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any game, service, or feature.
• If the terms of an ongoing promotion or bonus offer change, those changes will not apply immediately to active bonuses.
